Time Recruitment is supporting our client in Manchester who is seeking an experienced Electrical PM/CM to join their growing team. The requirement is clear: they need a strong, technically capable leader who can take ownership of electrical projects from design through to delivery.
The Role
- Oversee multiple electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
- Confident manager with solid technical grounding and the ability to produce and interpret electrical designs and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Produce, review, and amend electrical designs and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure health & safety compliance.
Requirements
- 5-10 years' experience in Electrical Project Management or Contracts Management.
- Level 4 NVQ (Electrical or related discipline).
- Strong background in electrical design and technical drawings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Based in or commutable to Manchester.
