The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to oversee works on a residential property project. This position requires a balance of hands-on involvement and effective site management. You will be responsible for coordinating trades, maintaining site safety, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising joiners, labourers, and subcontractors
  • Providing hands-on support, particularly with joinery tasks
  • Assisting with scaffold erection and coping installation
  • Ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are adhered to (client is highly H&S focused)
  • Completing daily reporting and maintaining full site compliance
  • Liaising with project managers and ensuring work progresses to schedule

Requirements:

  • SSSTS – essential
  • Strong joinery background with the ability to assist on the tools
  • Proven experience supervising trades on residential construction projects
  • Solid understanding of site safety standards and compliance
  • Ability to communicate clearly and manage workloads effectively
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
