Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project within Manchester Airport. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced retail refurbishment environments and can manage night operations confidently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all night-shift site activity
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
- Maintain strict health & safety standards within an airport environment
- Complete site reports, permits, and nightly handovers
- Ensure quality, compliance, and smooth progression of the fit-out works
- Liaise with project teams and airport representatives as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail fit-out (essential)
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Awareness, and Fire Marshal certifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades during night operations
- Experience working in live or restricted environments (airport experience beneficial)
