Registered Nurse Location: Worcester (WR2) Salary: £22.60 + paid breaks Hours: Days – Part Time or Full Time Available – up to 42 hours Time Recruitment is selecting a Registered Nurse for a highly luxurious state of the art care facility in Worcester for an award-winning company noted as care provider of the year and the great British care awards winner alongside rapidly developing and opening new services locally. This service is renowned for being the height of luxury it’s excellent reviews; award winning model of care and is renowned as a one stop shop care facility with dedicated care suites offering specialist neurological rehabilitation for adults with complex disabilities and disorders. The people utilising the service are living with a range of complex conditions and symptoms, including brain and head injury, stroke, spinal injury, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease and dementia. The Registered Nurse ratio’s here are 1 nurse to 14 residents maximum, with the support of carers offering 1:1 care. As a Registered Nurse here we are ideally looking for someone with some knowledge of neurological/stroke rehabiliation care and with strong clinical skills however we will support someone in learning this area of nursing; the following skills are used here: * PEG feeding * Catheterisation * Epilepsy management * Tracheostomy & Ventilation * Medication Administration/Buccal medication. You will be joining a much larger MDT team than average with homemakers, volunteers, physiotherapy team, speech and language therapists and psychologists alongside a longstanding highly successful clinical management team.
