We specialise in delivering high-quality permanent recruitment solutions across a wide range of sectors. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our Permanent Division.
The Role
This is a key role supporting our consultants and ensuring we consistently deliver an exceptional service to both clients and candidates. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle for permanent roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source high-quality candidates for permanent vacancies across multiple sectors
- Write and post engaging job adverts across various platforms
- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Manage the candidate journey from first contact through to placement
- Keep the CRM system updated and maintain accurate records
- Support consultants with talent pooling, market research, and administrative tasks
- Represent Time Recruitment Solutions professionally at all times
