With a growing pipeline of secured projects, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by appointing a Quantity Surveyor.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you'll play a key role in the commercial delivery of passive fire protection projects across a varied portfolio including schools, care homes and residential housing.
This opportunity is open to Quantity Surveyors at varying levels of experience, with salary reflecting your background and capability.

Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial aspects of multiple passive fire protection projects.
- Prepare valuations, applications for payment and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial performance.
- Manage subcontractor accounts from procurement through to final account.
- Identify, price and agree variations.
- Support contract administration and ensure commercial compliance.
- Work closely with operational teams to maximise project profitability.
- Produce accurate cost reporting and forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
