Our client, a leading main contractor in Leeds, is seeking a skilled and driven Quantity Surveyor with at least 3 years of post-graduation experience. Specialising in a diverse range of sectors including education, healthcare, commercial, offices, industrial, and retail & leisure, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of fit-out and refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial processes and the ability to manage projects from conception through to completion., Minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the fit-out and refurbishment sector.
Strong experience in commercial contract management and delivery.
Proven track record of managing project cash flow and subcontractor relations.
Experience in negotiating and managing variations and claims.
Proficient in preparing final accounts and cost reports.
Experience working on projects within one or more of the following sectors: education, healthcare, commercial & offices, industrial, retail & leisure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £68,000, dependent on experience.
