Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator Location: Liverpool Office Company Overview: A well-established main contractor with over 40 years of experience specializing in retail fit-out projects. We work with high-profile blue-chip clients across the UK, delivering quality projects that reinforce our reputation in the industry. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Quantity Surveyor who can also take on Estimating duties. You will be based full-time in our Liverpool office, with occasional site visits as required. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will manage project values up to £3 million, ensuring accurate pricing and effective cost management.
