About the Role
Time Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a leading financial services provider based in Stockport. Our client is seeking a talented and driven Protection Advisor to join their growing team. While the company is headquartered in Stockport, this role offers full flexibility to work from home.
As a Protection Advisor, you\βll play a vital role in helping clients secure their financial future. You\βll assess individual needs and recommend tailored protection solutions including life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover.
Key Responsibilities
β Conduct detailed fact-finds and needs analyses with clients
β Recommend appropriate protection products based on client circumstances
β Clearly explain insurance options and terms in a client-friendly manner
β Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
β Build and maintain long-term client relationships
β Liaise with insurers and underwriters to secure competitive terms
β Consistently meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
Skills & Experience
β Previous experience in financial services or insurance advisory (protection experience preferred)
β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β Self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote client portfolio
β Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
β CeMAP or equivalent qualification (preferred but not essential)
β FCA-authorised or willing to work towards authorisation.
