My client is a leading consultancy group within the UK. With offices across the UK and a strong presence in Manchester, they provide expert consultancy services in project management, quantity surveying, and cost consultancy.
The Role
They are seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team, primarily supporting one of their long standing leisure clients working on new builds, conversions and extensions This is a client-facing, admin-heavy role that requires strong coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day Project Manager on multiple projects.
Coordinate with 20+ stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Manage project meetings, timelines, and deliverables.
Liaise with external consultants and internal Quantity Surveyors.
Ensure project documentation and administration is up to date and accurate.
Oversee tender processes and liaise with main contractors
What We\’re Looking For
Experience in project management within the construction or leisure sector.
Strong client-facing and administrative skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex project elements.
Familiarity with new builds and conversion projects.
