We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and manage a small team. The successful candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are met while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Working Hours: 07:30am - 16:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a production team of up to 10 staff
  • Allocate daily tasks and assist with production duties when required
  • Ensure production orders are completed in line with KPI targets
  • Set, monitor, and maintain team goals, standards, and performance targets
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency across the shift
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Lead by example on the shop floor and provide ongoing support to the team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
  • Previous experience managing teams of up to 10 staff
  • Strong understanding of production processes and KPI-driven environments
  • Ability to complete paperwork and administrative tasks alongside hands-on duties
  • Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage team performance

Health & Safety:

  • Must have own safety boots and hi-vis
  • Strong awareness of health and safety standards in a production or manufacturing environment

Desirable Skills (Optional):

  • Experience in manufacturing or warehouse-based production environments
  • Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
