We are seeking a Registered Nurse to support the delivery of high-quality care and clinical governance within a well-run luxury care setting. This NEW development offers residential, nursing and specialist dementia care and has 66 beds; as a Registered Nurse you will head up the nursing unit.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Home Manager and wider team to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice, compliance, and person-centred care.
- Provide clinical expertise, support staff development, and help maintain a safe, responsive environment for residents.
- Head up the nursing unit.
Qualifications
- NMC Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN qualified
- Previous experience in a care home setting
- Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of care regulations
- Well-organised, IT literate, and confident in decision-making
