We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works within a tenanted unit, ensuring smooth delivery, strong communication, and high‑quality standards throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day‑to‑day site operations within a live, tenanted environment
- Coordinating trades and ensuring works progress to programme
- Reading and interpreting drawings confidently
- Overseeing suspended ceiling works, general builders' works, and installation of new doors
- Carrying out minor works where required
- Maintaining site safety, compliance, and clear communication with stakeholders
