We are looking for an experienced Marketing CRM Manager to join a growing, forward-thinking business in Manchester. The Role

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will take full responsibility for CRM activity across the business. This is a varied, end-to-end role where you will map, build, and optimise customer journeys, gaining a deep understanding of customer behaviour and engagement. During your first 6 months, you will conduct a full review of current CRM activity, map existing journeys, and develop a clear strategy for future improvements and growth. You will be responsible for creating content, building campaigns, and analysing performance across email and SMS channels, ensuring all communications are effective, engaging, and results-driven.
