Rate: £300-£340 per day

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm

Start Date: Monday 2nd November

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a project in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, overseeing two schemes located on the same client-owned estate. The project comprises 19 units, including two new-build developments, delivering a new veterinary hospital and a nursery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for delivering a varied construction programme from start to completion.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the schemes, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. You will oversee subcontractors and site teams, coordinate project activities, manage progress, and maintain strong communication with the client and wider project team.

  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager on construction projects
