- Managing a portfolio of Personal Lines and HNW clients
- Handling renewals, MTAs, new business and general client queries
- Providing a high–quality service and building strong client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider group
- Using Acturis daily to process and manage client information
What you'll bring
- Ideally 2+ years' experience in Personal Lines insurance
- Acturis experience is strongly preferred
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to build a long–term career
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
- A team–focused mindset – you enjoy learning from others and contributing to a supportive culture
