We are currently recruiting an Industrial Cleaner to support our client's busy food production facility in Stockport. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweeping and maintaining cleanliness of production floors
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and communal areas
- Preparing and cleaning down the food production area before and after shifts
- Safe use of cleaning chemicals in line with site procedures
- Ensuring all hygiene standards are met and maintained
- Following health & safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- Previous cleaning or industrial hygiene experience preferred
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling; COSHH training is highly desirable
- Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality are essential
