A high-growth professional services organisation is seeking a high-performing Business Development Adviser to drive new client acquisition. This is a pure B2B sales role focused on engaging professional firms, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into signed agreements. Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales
  • Identify and engage potential B2B clients within the legal and professional services sector
  • Generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, and follow-up activity
  • Deliver confident, clear explanations of the service offering and its commercial benefits
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
  • Client Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
    • Understand client workflows and position the service as a solution to reduce risk and improve efficiency
    • Handle objections professionally and confidently
    • Maintain regular follow-up to convert warm prospects into active clients
