As a Case Handler, you will manage a pipeline of mortgage applications from submission through to authorisation, ensuring excellent customer outcomes. Responsibilities
- Manually underwrite mortgage applications in line with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Review supporting documentation and request additional information where necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and application details
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth process
- Ensure lending decisions are fair, evidence-based, and tailored to individual circumstances
- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
