About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Working Site Foreman to oversee a structural alterations and restoration project in Leeds. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone confident managing trades, maintaining site standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising site activities and coordinating trades
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Overseeing structural alterations, masonry, and steelwork elements
- Managing daily progress, reporting, and quality checks
- Working closely with the project manager to maintain programme timelines
Required Certifications
- SMSTS or SSSTS - essential
- First Aid (3-day) - essential
- Asbestos Awareness - advantageous
- Manual Handling - advantageous
