Location: Broad Street High Street, Reading, RG1 Contract Duration: 1-2 weeks Project: Site cleanliness and support Shift: 16pm to 12pm Job summary Time Recruitment are seeking a reliable and physically fit Labourer to assist with site cleanliness and general duties at a Reading store. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure a clean, tidy, and safe working environment during the project. Key responsibilities Clear and prepare the site for work, including removing debris and unused materials. Help load and unload materials and equipment from delivery vehicles. Maintain general site tidiness throughout the day. Follow all health and safety regulations and report any hazards to the site supervisor. Assist tradespeople with tasks as directed. Carry out basic manual tasks, such as lifting and carrying materials. Assist with the setup and dismantling of temporary structures if required. Requirements Mandatory PPE: Must have and wear a hard hat, safety boots, and hi-viz clothing at all times on-site. Compliance: You must complete the necessary Simple Compliance training before starting on-site. Further details will be provided. Physical Fitness: Ability to carry out strenuous physical tasks, lift heavy loads, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic. Teamwork: Able to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors. Communication: Basic communication skills to understand and follow spoken and written instructions.
