Salary & Hours
£37,000 per annum (£17.79 per hour during the temporary-to-permanent period)
Up to £40,000 per annum upon successful completion of the temporary period (dependent on experience)
Monday to Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and distribution facility
- Lead, motivate, and support warehouse and office-based employees
- Monitor productivity and operational performance
- Ensure stock accuracy and effective warehouse organisation
- Oversee goods-in, goods-out, and distribution activities
- Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site
- Identify and implement operational improvements
- Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and customer requirements
- Previous management experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience improving processes and driving operational performance
