The role as an Insurance Policy Review Handler - Checking over insurance policies to ensure customers details are accurate and correct. - Investigate cases of potential misrepresentation and non-disclosure at policy creation stage and during claims. - Answering customer queries over the phone, confirming details with documents through email to resolve any issues with them having accurate cover. - General administration duties related to insurance policies and account details.
