Industrial Recruitment Consultant Warm desk with existing client relationships and billings currently exceeding the monthly target of £10,000. Salary & Commission: £28,000 – £32,000 per year Expected monthly commission: £1,500 – £2,500 Office Based for first 3 months Objective As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle within the industrial sector, placing high-quality candidates into temporary and permanent roles. You\’ll leverage existing client relationships while continuing to grow the desk through strategic business development. Purpose To maximise candidate placements, maintain and grow a profitable industrial desk, and consistently exceed budgeted revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Client Management & Growth – Maintain and develop relationships with an established client base in the industrial sector. – Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities. – Expand the client portfolio through targeted business development activities. Candidate Sourcing & Placement – Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. – Screen and interview candidates to assess suitability for industrial roles. – Match candidates to job opportunities and coordinate interviews and placements. – Support candidates through onboarding and ensure high retention rates. Performance & Delivery – Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified industrial candidates. – Ensure timely placements and a high standard of service delivery. – Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets (currently billing above £10,000). Skills & Experience Required – Proven experience in recruitment or B2B sales, ideally within the industrial sector. – Strong relationship-building and client management skills. – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet/exceed targets. – Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. – Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms. – Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
