With a strong pipeline of acquisitions and active asset management strategies, this is an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation.

We are looking for a commercially minded Commercial Property Manager who can deliver high‑quality operational management while contributing to wider asset‑level strategy. This role offers autonomy, visibility with senior leadership, and the chance to shape the performance of key regional assets.

The portfolio comprises a range of commercial properties across the North West, with a particular focus on office assets. The business also operates a flex‑office platform supported by an in‑house management team, alongside involvement in joint‑venture development projects. The portfolio provides exposure to both income‑producing assets and value‑add initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the North West property management function, ensuring strong operational performance across all assets.
  • Drive tenant satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Implement and refine asset management strategies to enhance value and optimise income.
  • Manage lease events, including renewals, re‑gears, and rent reviews.
  • Oversee the mobilisation of new acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration into the portfolio.
  • Coordinate and manage external agents, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure full compliance with property legislation, H&S requirements, and building management obligations.
  • Produce high‑quality client and board reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and service charge oversight.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and portfolio‑level decision‑making.
What You Bring:
  • Strong understanding of UK commercial real estate, ideally with experience in office, industrial, or mixed‑use sectors.
  • Solid financial awareness, including service charge management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Confident handling complex leases and landlord‑tenant matters.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with building compliance and ESG‑related responsibilities.
  • Proficiency with property management systems and the ability to translate operational data into strategic insight.
  • A hands‑on, commercially minded approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
