We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in retail refurbishment to oversee the full conversion of an existing retail store into a new outdoor retail store.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing day‑to‑day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works run to programme
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety
- Liaising with project managers and stakeholders
- Ensuring quality delivery within tight retail timelines
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in retail fit‑out or refurb projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage fast‑paced programmes
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (preferred)
