Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver (Electric Truck)\\n\\nLocation: Bolton\\n\\nContract Type: Temp to Perm\\n\\nWorking Hours: Double Days – 6:00am-2:00pm and 2:00pm-10:00pm (rotating shifts)\\n\\nPay Rate: £14.59 per hour (Basic) with O/time premiums payable.\\n\\nJob Overview:\\n\\nWe are currently recruiting an experienced and reliable FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role operating an electric counterbalance forklift truck, supporting both Goods in and Goods Out operations in a fast-paced environment.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nOperate an electric counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently.\\n\\nLoad and unload deliveries, ensuring accurate handling of goods.\\n\\nPalletise stock and move materials around the warehouse as required.\\n\\nPerform manual handling tasks (handballing) when necessary.\\n\\nSupport stock control and inventory movement.\\n\\nMaintain a clean and organised working environment.\\n\\nAdhere to all health and safety procedures and site protocols.\\n\\nSkills & Experience Required:\\n\\nValid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).\\n\\nExperience operating electric counterbalance trucks.\\n\\nPrevious experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.\\n\\nPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.\\n\\nStrong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-oriented attitude.\\n\\nFlexible to work rotating shifts.\\n\\nWhy Join Us?\\n\\nOpportunity to work in a supportive and growing team.\\n\\nLong-term prospects with potential for permanent employment.\\n\\nReady to take the next step in your logistics career?
