The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a £24 million project in Guildford, working alongside another Site Manager to support the successful delivery and completion of the project. This is a long-term opportunity, with an immediate start available subject to the required DBS checks.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on major construction projects.
- SMSTS certification.
- Asbestos Awareness certification.
- Fire Marshall certification.
- Black CSCS Card.
- Strong understanding of site health, safety and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively alongside another Site Manager and the wider project team.
- Must be a British National due to security requirements.
