Job Title: Estimator Salary: Circa £40,000 - £55,000 Location: North Manchester About the Role Our client is seeking a motivated and capable Estimator to join their newly established Facades Division within a larger, well-established group. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping estimating processes within a growing business unit. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for facade projects Analyse tender documentation and assess project requirements Support the preparation and submission of competitive tenders Work closely with internal teams to ensure commercially sound bids Report directly to the Estimating Manager Contribute to the development and improvement of estimating processes and systems Candidate Profile Mid-level experience in estimating (ideally within facades, construction, or related sectors) Dynamic and proactive approach, with the ability to add value beyond core responsibilities Comfortable working in a competitive tendering environment Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficient in Excel; experience or interest in implementing new estimating systems is highly desirable Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams What's on Offer Salary up to £55,000 Opportunity to join and shape a newly formed division Supportive reporting structure under an experienced Estimating Manager Flexibility around start date to accommodate notice periods
