We’re working with a friendly, family-run financial services business in Ellesmere Port who are looking to bring in an Admin Assistant to support their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit office (4–6 people at a time) with a great culture, strong tenure, and genuine long-term progression opportunities.
The Role
This is a busy, varied position supporting advisors and ensuring the smooth running of protection and mortgage cases.
Key responsibilities:
- Inputting client data, fact finds and leads onto internal systems
- Writing advice and suitability letters
- Managing and chasing pipeline cases (including GP reports)
- Keeping advisors updated on case progress
- General administration and case management
- Supporting protection cases and ensuring compliance standards are met
This is a fast-paced role, so strong organisation and attention to detail are essential.
