Time Recruitment is supporting our client in Manchester who is seeking an experienced Electrical PM/CM to join their growing team. The requirement is clear: they need a strong, technically capable leader who can take ownership of electrical projects from design through to delivery.
The Role
You will oversee multiple electrical projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. This position requires a confident manager with solid technical grounding and the ability to produce and interpret electrical designs and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Produce, review, and amend electrical designs and drawings
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site inspections and ensure health and safety compliance
Experience Required
- Experience in Electrical Project Management or Contracts Management
- Level 4 NVQ (Electrical or related discipline)
- Strong background in electrical design and technical drawings
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
