Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Night Site Manager to oversee a retail fit‑out project within Manchester Airport. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced retail refurbishment environments and can manage night operations confidently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all night‑shift site activity
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme
  • Maintain strict health & safety standards within an airport environment
  • Complete site reports, permits, and nightly handovers
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and smooth progression of the fit‑out works
  • Liaise with project teams and airport representatives as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail fit‑out (essential)
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Awareness, and Fire Marshal certifications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades during night operations
  • Experience working in live or restricted environments (airport experience beneficial)
