This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to step into a supportive management role within a well‑established care environment. You will work a combination of 2 x 11‑hour nursing shifts and 2 x 8.5‑hour supernumerary shifts, including some weekends. This blend allows you to maintain hands‑on clinical practice while also contributing to the operational and leadership responsibilities of the home.
