About the Role
As Deputy Home Manager, you’ll work alongside a Nurse-qualified Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and governance. This largely supernumerary role focuses on:
- Medication management and clinical audits
- Staff supervision, training, and development
- Upholding best practices in care delivery
- Supporting a long-standing, dedicated team
