Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee activity at a Manufacturing Centre in Coventry. This is a short-term assignment ideal for someone with a strong background in warehouse operations and/or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) building environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Oversee contractors and ensure all work is completed safely and to specification
  • Maintain site documentation, permits, and compliance records
  • Conduct site inductions and enforce health & safety standards
  • Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure deadlines are met within the 3‑week project window

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in warehouse or M&E building settings
