The Role

Our client is seeking a reliable, practical, and hardworking Warehouse & Maintenance Operative to join their growing team.

This is a varied, hands-on position that combines warehouse operations, machine operation, and maintenance responsibilities.

Working within a small family business means no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will be adaptable, mechanically minded, and willing to support different areas of the business as required.

Full training will be provided, including training in the safe operation of warehouse lifting equipment where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Move stock and materials using warehouse lifting equipment.
  • Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs to machinery and equipment.
  • Load, unload, and organise stock within the warehouse.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety.
  • Assist with general warehouse, production, and operational duties.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
