Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Perform wiring, cable work, crimping, and soldering operations with precision and accuracy.
• Inspect and test assembled components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, always adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assembly operations, focusing on wiring, cable work, crimping, and soldering.
• Familiarity with reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools and equipment related to assembly operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 13:00

Rate of Pay

£12.21 per hour.

Position will become permanent after a successful qualifying period.
