Hours: 38.5 per week, set shift pattern (14-day rolling rota)

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

We are looking for a Clinical Lead who can provide strong clinical leadership, inspire their team, and deliver the highest standards of person-centred care. You will take responsibility for ensuring that nursing care is safe, effective and compliant with CQC standards, while supporting the wider management team in running the home.

What you'll do as Clinical Lead:

  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and care staff, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.
  • Take a proactive role in clinical governance, audits, and compliance monitoring.
  • Oversee all aspects of medication management.
  • Ensure induction, clinical supervision and development of new and existing staff.
  • Champion person-centred care, independence, dignity, and choice for residents.
  • Deputise for the Home Manager when required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and care planning in line with NMC Code.
  • Play an active part in staff training and professional development.

What we're looking for:

  • NMC registered Nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD) with an active pin.
  • Strong clinical background and evidence of leadership ability.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in care.
  • A caring, professional ethos and passion for making a difference.
