We are a fast‑growing retail technology provider delivering a market‑leading wearable device and SaaS platform (RetailQ) used to optimise picking and packing operations across the UK's biggest retailers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing relationships with major UK retailers (Sainsbury's, ASDA, Tesco, Lidl, Waitrose, Morrisons).
  • Selling our core wearable + SaaS solution while cross‑selling 17 complementary products.
  • Driving revenue within existing accounts by identifying one new point of contact per customer.
  • Handling deals with an average order value of £50k - £150k per site.
  • Working a 70/30 inbound/outbound split — warm leads from website, events, and campaigns.
  • Using Salesforce CRM to manage pipeline, activity, and account expansion.
  • Collaborating with implementation teams to ensure smooth SaaS onboarding.
  • Representing the business at customer meetings and industry events.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in retail technology, automation, industrial solutions, or store operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence selling into enterprise‑level organisations.
  • Ability to manage long‑term relationships and drive cross‑sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Comfortable working remotely with one day per week in our Birmingham office.
  • Ambitious, driven, and ready to step into a Sales Director role within 12 months.
