Pay Rate: £310 per day

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

Start Date: Monday 14th September

Duration: 18-20 weeks

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end fit-out project in Nottingham.

The Role

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for managing multiple fit-out trades and ensuring the project is delivered to a high-end clinical specification, while maintaining excellent standards of quality, safety and programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating multiple fit-out trades on site.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the project.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site operatives.
  • Ensuring works are completed to a high-end clinical specification.
  • Managing programme, quality and productivity.
  • Liaising with the project management team and contractors.
  • Ensuring site health & safety requirements are followed.
  • Managing site logistics and traffic management.
  • Overseeing civils works, including drainage, slabs and services.
  • Monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise on site.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised working environment.

Required Tickets & Qualifications

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • Fire Marshal
  • Black CSCS Card
  • NVQ Level 6
  • Knowledge/understanding of Traffic Management Plans (TMP)

Experience Required

  • Proven experience working as a Site Manager.
  • Strong background in commercial/industrial fit-out.
  • Good understanding of civils, drainage, slabs and services.
  • Experience managing multiple trades simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering projects to a high-end clinical or similarly high specification.
  • Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
