With a turnover of approximately £10 million this year and a strong portfolio of repeat business, they have built lasting relationships through quality delivery and excellent client service. Projects are typically small to medium-sized, within 1 hour of Nottingham.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a close-knit team. You will be responsible for managing 2-3 projects simultaneously, overseeing schemes from inception through to completion. This is a predominantly office and site-based role with no home working, covering projects generally located within one hour of Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple office fit-out and refurbishment projects concurrently.
- Coordinate project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing repeat business.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular site visits and oversee project progress.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across all projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction or fit-out sector.
- Office fit-out experience is essential.
