Job Title: Assembly Operator

As an Assembly Operator, you will be an integral part of our dynamic production team, contributing directly to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Perform wiring, cable work, crimping, and soldering operations with precision and accuracy. Inspect and test assembled components to ensure they meet quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues. Maintain a clean and organised work area, always adhering to safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications: Proven experience in assembly operations, with a focus on wiring, cable work, crimping, and soldering. Familiarity with reading technical drawings and schematics. Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools and equipment related to assembly operations. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.

Working hours – Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 13:00

Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour.

Please note this position will become permanent after a successful qualifying period.
