Our client is a leading interior design specialist serving Blue Chip clients across the aviation industry. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a reliable and hardworking
Packing & Assembly Operative to join their team in Wythenshawe.

Key Responsibilities
- Pack aircraft interior components and finished products to company standards.
- Inspect items prior to packing to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Label, wrap and prepare goods for dispatch and transportation.
- Carry out assembly of aircraft seating and interior components following work instructions and quality standards.
- Undertake seat scraping and preparation work as part of the refurbishment and production process.
- Use hand tools and equipment safely to complete assembly and preparation tasks.
- Safely handle and move materials and products throughout the workshop.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Assist with stock control, goods-in activities and general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a packing, assembly, warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience using hand tools and carrying out basic assembly work would be advantageous.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow specifications and work instructions accurately.
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to work overtime when required.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
