Are you an experienced Skilled Labourer or Bricklayer's Mate looking for your next role on a busy commercial construction project in Manchester?

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to support an established bricklaying team on a fast-paced commercial site. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping works moving safely and efficiently.

The Role

Working alongside experienced Bricklayers, you'll be responsible for:

Assisting with lifting, moving and setting up bricks and blocks
Mixing mortar and preparing materials for the bricklaying team
Supporting site operations and helping maintain programme requirements
Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe at all times
Assisting with general site duties as required
Working from scaffolding when necessary to support construction activities
Helping ensure site health & safety standards are maintained

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Bricklayer's Mate or Skilled Labourer
  • Experience handling bricks, blocks and mortar mixes
  • Comfortable working on busy commercial construction sites
  • CSCS Card (Essential)
  • Full PPE
  • Strong awareness of health & safety
  • Reliable and hardworking attitude
