Contracts Manager Role Full Tiime Lincolnshire Based | Refurbishment New Build Projects Salary: £45,000 + £7,000 Car Allowance + Benefits An established and growing construction business is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join its Commercial Division. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a healthy order book, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse range of refurbishment and construction projects across multiple sectors. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will oversee up to three projects simultaneously, ranging in value from £200,000 to £3 million. Projects include both refurbishment and new build works across: Healthcare Education Social Housing Public Sector Buildings Commercial Refurbishment This role offers genuine variety, with projects differing in size, complexity and sector. You'll work closely with Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors and senior leadership to ensure successful project delivery from start to completion.
