Time Recruitment is currently recruiting 2 General Operatives for a well-established manufacturing business based in Leyland, Preston. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role within a busy production environment, working as part of a supportive and experienced team.

The Role
Working on the paint line, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day production process and ensuring products move through the manufacturing cycle efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Loading products onto the paint line.
- Unloading finished products from the paint line.
- Safely handling materials throughout the production process.
- Supporting production targets and operational efficiency.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Adhering to all company procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
- Working effectively as part of a production team.
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work well within a team.
Essential Requirements
Due to the rotating shift pattern and limited public transport options during start and finish times, applicants must:
- Hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Have access to their own vehicle.
- Be available to work both shift patterns on a rotating basis.
