Experienced Site Manager Required for Refurbishment Project
Time Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Helston, Cornwall.
Working on behalf of a reputable contractor, you will be responsible for managing the refurbishment of wet-side changing facilities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with refurbishment experience who can confidently oversee multiple trades and maintain smooth project delivery from start to finish.
Scope of Works
- Demolition of existing changing facilities
- Installation of resin flooring
- Cubicle installation
- Internal refurbishment and finishing works
- Coordination of multiple specialist subcontractors
- Site health & safety management
- Programme management and quality control
- Client and stakeholder liaison
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must hold:
SMSTS
First Aid at Work
Asbestos Awareness
Previous refurbishment project experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously
Desirable Experience
- Leisure centre, sports facility, or wet-side refurbishment projects
- Public sector refurbishment works
- Occupied building refurbishment environments
