Want a customer service role where no two days are the same? If you're the type of person who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and getting stuck in rather than reading from a script, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. Join a growing technology business that works with some of the UK's leading automotive dealerships, where you'll play a key role supporting innovative telematics, vehicle tracking and fleet management solutions.

With a small, close-knit team, you'll be trusted to make decisions, investigate issues and genuinely make a difference to customers every day.

The Company

Innovation 24 combines intelligent software, vehicle tracking technology and industry expertise to help businesses manage, connect and protect their vehicles. Following investment from software group TSS, the business is continuing to grow and offers excellent opportunities for development and progression within a supportive team environment.

The Role

Working as part of a small Customer Service & Operations team, you'll support customers across multiple products and be the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries. This isn't a traditional call centre environment. You'll have the autonomy to investigate issues, liaise with technical teams, coordinate solutions and ensure customers receive a first-class service. You'll be supporting automotive dealerships across services including telematics, vehicle tracking and recovery solutions, fleet management software and managed insurance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Investigating customer issues and coordinating resolutions

About You

We're looking for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a busy environment. You'll ideally have:

  • Customer service experience, either inbound or outbound
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Confidence speaking with people at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • A positive mindset and strong sense of accountability
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

  • Join a growing and ambitious business
  • Small, supportive team environment
  • Full training and structured induction
  • Ongoing support from experienced team members
  • Genuine opportunities for progression as the company expands
  • Exposure to innovative automotive technology and telematics solutions
  • A varied role where every day is different
