Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days minimum in London office)

The Real Estate Analyst will support the growth of the business by identifying opportunities, conducting market research, assisting with proposals, and helping to manage relationships with potential partners and clients. This role is suited to someone eager to learn the commercial side of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organisation and contribute to expanding its footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide highly organised support for the Development team in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic decisions for site selection and expansion.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and pitch materials for both internal and external use.
  • Maintain and update internal pipeline trackers in the form of Gantt Charts and critical paths timelines.
  • Coordinate internal communication between departments involved in new projects or partnerships.
  • Help prepare financial summaries, performance reports, and due diligence materials, in conjunction with the Finance Department.
  • Participate in meetings with potential clients, partners, or landlords, taking notes and following up on actions.
  • Monitor industry trends and report on emerging opportunities or risks.
  • Support event planning, site visits, and other business development activities as required.
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing new business deals and coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
  • A solid understanding of the real estate market, company products, and financial aspects of deals.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, juggle multiple projects and deliver in a high performing environment.
  • The ability to think strategically and commercially.
  • Proactive and curious, with a genuine interest in business growth, partnerships, and market trends.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • A keen interest in the food and hospitality industry would be beneficial.
  • An understanding of different business models including franchise models and joint ventures, leases and management agreements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Economics, Real Estate or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a consultancy, commercial or analytical environment is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or media sectors is a plus.
