We are looking for a commercially driven
Agency Partnerships Manager to build and grow agency relationships across a defined West End patch, driving revenue through innovative, multi-platform partnerships.
This role will focus on developing new business, growing existing accounts and delivering creative commercial solutions that help brands connect with Time Out's highly engaged audience across content, social, video, experiential and live experiences.
The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with commercial awareness, managing partnership briefs, collaborating with internal teams and proactively identifying opportunities to grow revenue across agency and client accounts.
Working cross-functionally with Creative Strategy, Editorial, Project Management and Time Out Markets, this role sits at the centre of some of Time Out's most exciting commercial activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships across planning, partnerships and investment teams within your agency patch, while identifying opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and establish new client relationships.
- Deliver revenue growth through creative, multi-platform commercial partnerships across digital, social, branded content, experiential and video.
- Manage agency briefs and work collaboratively with Creative Strategy and the wider commercial team to develop compelling multi-platform partnership proposals.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities while growing existing agency and client accounts.
- Create engaging presentations and commercial proposals that showcase Time Out's audience, editorial authority and commercial offering.
- Work collaboratively across Creative Strategy, Project Management, Editorial, Branded Content and e-Commerce to deliver integrated, high-quality campaigns.
- Contribute ideas during internal briefing and brainstorming sessions to help develop creative commercial responses.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully, meeting client expectations and commercial objectives.
- Represent Time Out at client meetings, networking events and industry events.
- Share agency insights, market trends and client feedback with the wider commercial team to support future commercial opportunities.
- Work collaboratively across the commercial team, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive team culture.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years' experience in media sales, branded content or integrated commercial partnerships within a media owner, publisher or agency environment.
- Existing relationships within WPP or Dentsu agencies would be advantageous, but are not essential.
- Experience building relationships across media agencies and advertisers, with a good understanding of agency planning and buying processes.
- Experience developing and delivering integrated commercial partnerships across digital, social, branded content, experiential and video exceeding revenue targets through integrated commercial partnerships.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business.
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build relationships with agency contacts and clients at all levels.
- Strong storytelling and proposal-writing skills with the ability to translate client objectives into compelling commercial solutions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good commercial understanding of campaign pricing, profitability and revenue delivery.
- Proficient in Google Slides, Power Point and Excel.
